NJFC is proud to be one of the most progressive and inclusive family-oriented football clubs in Victoria, offering pathways from Auskick and Junior Football through to Senior teams for both male and female players.
Our focus on fostering talent from within has created a unique culture where many players proudly call Norwood their home throughout their junior and senior football journeys.
As a not-for-profit Junior Club, we’re home to over 13 teams, 300 registered players, and a thriving Auskick program. We’re committed to providing a vibrant, safe, and enjoyable AFL environment for our players and their families.
Our dedicated social media manager has elevated NJFC’s digital presence, making us one of the most engaged and informed clubs in the EFNL, with over 3,000 followers across platforms. This provides sponsors with an excellent platform to connect with our community.
Looking ahead to 2025, we’re excited to introduce enhanced communication and event management through our dedicated committee members. With a refreshed communication strategy, we’ll be delivering regular updates to over 300 families via email—another valuable channel for sponsors to maximise visibility and engagement.
